The National Museum of Scotland is open again, and now it´s bigger and funnier. There you´ll find so many cool things as a Dodo, Millenium´s clock and very cool masks.

Warmest day of summer, ever!

Last weekend was one of the warmest days in Edinburgh. We reached the 25º. The Meadows were crowded of people having barbeques or just lying lazy in the sun sunbathing. I was one of them. And of course, I drawed.

During the first days of Spring the trees at the Meadows had those amazing purple leaves that covered the ground as a carpet for two weeks. I did this watercolor when it was late evening and the sun was fading out.

You couldn´t feel it because it was freezing, but the rhododendrons at the Botanic Garden started to bloom and as a result I had this watercolor done.

The Chocolate Tree it´s a nice place where you can have dozens of hot drinks and the only place in this city where you can get thick chocolate (Spanish style, that´s how they call it) with a strange churro.
It´s very wee, so it´s always really crowded. I was lucky last Sunday getting the best table in the store.
